We value the safety of all of our employees and ensure that the strictest of regulations are met in this regard. We constantly strive to instil a safety awareness on all our projects and ensure comply with the Safety, Health and Welfare Act 2005, carrying out safety audits on all sites on a monthly basis. We have an excellent safety record and believe in working closely with all our partners to ensure the safest environment during construction. Hickey Homes’ approach to construction is based on the professional management of all construction activities.

We engage in modern methods of construction which utilises innovative construction processes to deliver quality and compliant housing. We believe our close attention to detail and our commitment to resolving issues to the complete satisfaction of our clients. We employ trades based on their ability to turn out an excellent standard of finish and are proud of the loyalty shown to the company by subcontractors, many of whom have worked for the company since its inception. We provide certification for lending drawdown for all major lending institutions in conjunction with the client’s design team
